The above quote captures the essence of STACY and the REJECTS both perfectly and precisely. The inception was birthed in 2021, in Carrolltown, PA (Cambria County), only five short years ago with the end goal of being the band that can entertain any type of event; whether a bar, a nightclub, a casino, a festival, a wedding, a birthday party, or even a backyard bar-b-que, we strive to be the first band that comes to mind when asked, “what band should we hire for our event or establishment”?!
As for the name, well, let’s just say, it wasn’t planned. We had our first gig booked but we did not have a name for the band, and as fate would have it, the band name gods rained it down on us, and the rest is history.
